Austlift Rewards Program Terms and Conditions

1. The rewards points issued by Australian Lifting Centre Pty Ltd can be redeemed for a gift only.

2. This rewards program is for account customers only. Activation for customer rewards program can take up to 2-3 days, an email will be sent to the customer when setup is completed.

3. A gift or combination of gifts up to your current value of points can be redeemed at any time.

4. Points collected become earned when the invoice is paid. Unspent rewards points have a rolling expiry period of 180 days based on your last invoice due date.

5. Gifts may take up to three week to receive after you have redeemed online.

6. Rewards points cannot be redeemed for cash.

7. Australian Lifting Centre Pty Ltd cannot take responsibility if a gift becomes unavailable. A gift of equal value and quality may be substituted in this event.

8. Warranties, refunds or exchanges are in accordance with the original manufacturer’s policies and terms.

9. Australian Lifting Centre Pty Ltd will accept no liability for any loss, damage or injury from the use of any gift.

10. Australian Lifting Centre Pty Ltd reserves the right to update and change product offers, and cease this program at any time.
